- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 5-10 business days within the U.S. and 10-20 business days for international orders. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international shipments.
3. Domestic Shipping
- We offer shipping across the U.S., and domestic orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days after being processed.
4. International Shipping
- We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties or taxes that may apply. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and may vary by country.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the shipping carrier’s website to stay updated on its delivery status.
6. Shipping Delays
- Tyesha Onrece is not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays occur.
- If your package is delayed or lost due to issues with the shipping carrier, please reach out to them directly using your tracking information. We will also be happy to assist you in locating your order.
7. Missing or Damaged Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damaged package or product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Tyesha Onrece is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately to correct any mistakes. If it has already been shipped, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.
