Custom Apparel:

• No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for custom apparel items. These products are made specifically for you, and once the customization process begins, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Other Products:

• Returns for non-customized items are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Exchanges are available for non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in new, unused condition.

Process for Returns & Exchanges:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@tyeshaonrece.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. We will guide you through the process.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital products and customized items (such as custom apparel) cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
